Hi girlie! Im Alex, a Denver hairstylist who specializes in all color as well as customized cuts and curly cutting. Booking info: New clients must complete a consultation form prior to having their appointment accepted. Please reach out via text or Instagram to receive my new client form. Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to appointment date. Cancellations due to inclement weather or illness will still be charged. Salon closures due to weather will follow the DPSD closures- text if you are unsure of closure status. Late cancellation fee is 50% of total service charge. A no-show and same-day cancellation fee is 100% of total service charge and you will be blocked from online booking in the future. Redo/refund policy: If you are dissatisfied with your hair for any reason you have one week from your appointment to reach out for an adjustment. Adjustment appointments are free of charge! I guarantee all of my work but do not offer refunds, only re-dos on a case by case basis.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 48 hours before appt day, otherwise it will be counted as a late cancellation and you will be charged a non-refundable fee of 50% of your service total. No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of their service total. No exceptions. Please reach out via text message, Instagram, or call the salon if you are having difficulties canceling your appointment.
